Where am I going?

Readers and friends,

I just wanted to write a more personal note to all of you who rad my blog, and are patient with my frequent absences during the school semesters and summer sessions.  I did want to write a little about where G-d is moving me lately, and I sincerely hope and pray that some of you who read this are having questions about where G-d is leading you.

For a good long while, I have known that my ministry is going to be doing something with a higher level of education in archaeology (past the graduate level); I was puzzled as to whether I should pursue a second major, and if so, what major should it be?  I am very pleased to relay that this particular question has been answered for me... I have, for a long time, had a love and passion for the believers in France.  Those who have lived their whole lives under the protection of the Catholic church, and who believe, yet have not had the awesome experience of seeing, feeling, and knowing that G-d's presence is all around us.  This semester, I have had the honor of partaking  in the French 101 class at my college - something I never imagined would be a source of peace for me.  When I sit and participate in that class, I - all during the class - feel G-d's presence AND promise for His people.

One of the major issues I have faced with people who are opposed to certain cultures, is relaying in a calm and collected way that we cannot put any kind of curse on G-d's people - His believers.  During shabbat service this morning, there was a word spoken that struck me deeply; "We cannot put a dark curse over any people, but we certainly cannot put a light curse over them as well..." (Paraphrased from Rev. J. Weiss).  To put even a light curse over a people or one person, is just as malicious as cursing them to hell.  For all the time that I have had friends, known people, and have interacted with people, I have never known someone to NOT curse the French people.  Even I am guilty of having  done it in the past...  They are victims of extreme stereotypes and ignorance over their culture, yet they still believe in G-d, they still do not hate other nations.  The Jews in France are also a very persecuted people, and one area that G-d is moving me towards, is sharing the Gospel in France; not to condemn them for their religious practices, but to reveal to them that their faith has never been in vein.

I have very close ties in France, ties that were not made by accident, but to show me the absolute need for the revelation of Truth.  That their faith is one that will endure, because they were born out of endurance.  They are very close to Israel, and I will not let their people go unnoticed...

I do realize that I, myself, will suffer persecutions for being an American that supports such a "rude" or otherwise stereotyped people.  I am prepared for backlash from family and friends, and indeed have already received some of it.  But my G-d sees no ethnicity other than believer or unbeliever.. He sees no words other than Life or death... He sees no pain that cannot be healed, and no past that cannot be delivered.  For our G-d is an awesome G-d, and in Him I WALK and LIVE, and have my being... and the gifts He has given me, and the prophecies, and the blessings, shall not fall to the ground, but shall be lifted up - high - to His feet.  And all the world will see Yeshua, because He is the King of all kings!

I ask only one thing of you... do not let the words of your mouth curse a people or person.  Do not make the effort to judge, but leave that to Him.  Bless those who desire blessing (and even do not desire it), for the L-rd is  our G-d, and in Him there is no evil.

G-d is moving me towards intercession for a particular nation, so I challenge you to seek your destination.  Where does G-d want to use you? Where is He moving you?  And what do you need to get there?  As for me, I needed (and still need) to receive healing for my temper;  I am a woman of a hot headed nature, and I know in my heart that Yeshua will not move me out of this place until the day comes that I can not only listen calmly to "trash talk", but respond with nothing but absolute love and compassion... I am not there yet... but only in Him will that come to me.

Shabbat shalom everyone,
HG - The author of this here blog.

P.S. This blog isn't going anywhere - don't be confounded by the title of this post.  I will likely be posting here forever and ever! Amen!

Beware o' enemy, for you are a fool, and have never wept for the lost! Beware all those who incite wrath, for you shall indeed reap what you sow! For the L-rd our G-d is a faithful Giver, and to Him, the most beautiful blossoms will show! To Him, the most sinful of the wicked shall sing and dance to His Name! BARUCH HABA B'SHEM ADONAI! For our G-D is a willing G-D!!! Sound the TRUMPETS in the sacntuary! Sound the VOICES of the dead who have come to LIFE! Sound the DANCERS, the SINGERS, the WARRIORS, the PRAISERS, the MUSICIANS, the Cat's the Puppies, the goldfish, and the ducklings! For the L-RD REIGNS! HE SHALL NEVER PERISH! and in HIM we LIVE, and never die... Thank You L-rd, thank You L-rd, for Your Love endures forever, Your love endures for eternity. For You alone are our G-d, and no lie shall get past You...

"A psalm. A song. For the Sabbath day.

1 It is good to praise the Lord
and make music to your name, O Most High,
2 proclaiming your love in the morning
and your faithfulness at night,
3 to the music of the ten-stringed lyre
and the melody of the harp.

4 For you make me glad by your deeds, Lord;
I sing for joy at what your hands have done.
5 How great are your works, Lord,
how profound your thoughts!
6 Senseless people do not know,
fools do not understand,
7 that though the wicked spring up like grass
and all evildoers flourish,
they will be destroyed forever.

8 But you, Lord, are forever exalted.

9 For surely your enemies, Lord,
surely your enemies will perish;
all evildoers will be scattered.
10 You have exalted my horn[b] like that of a wild ox;
fine oils have been poured on me.
11 My eyes have seen the defeat of my adversaries;
my ears have heard the rout of my wicked foes.

12 The righteous will flourish like a palm tree,
they will grow like a cedar of Lebanon;
13 planted in the house of the Lord,
they will flourish in the courts of our God.
14 They will still bear fruit in old age,
they will stay fresh and green,
15 proclaiming, “The Lord is upright;
he is my Rock, and there is no wickedness in him.”

Let us weep, but not for sorrow, for the Joy of the L-rd has overwhelmed us! Because of Him, the Remnant is coming, running to Him, and searching for His pleasure! Baruch HaShem, HaShem Sh'reet! Yeshua HaMashiach, HaShem Sh'reet!
Baruch HaShem Sh'reet
Yeshua HaSh'reet
Baruch HaShem
Yeshua HaSh'reet

For He has come to save us
And that He has already done
For the L-rd our G-d
Is our strength and our song
And save us He has already done!

Baruch HaShem Sh'reet
Yeshua HaSh'reet
Baruch HaShem
Yeshua HaShem Sh'reet

We lift Him high and up
For the greatness of His King
We stand on no broken ground
For it He who has blessed our feet!

We stand in awe and praise
For it is He who we adore
And for all things we live and do
We sing praises evermore...

Baruch HaShem Sh'reet
Mashiach HaSh'reet
Baruch HaShem
Baruch HaShem
For He is our Sh'reet

Baruch HaShem

We bless Him, King of kings!

Psalm 93

1 The Lord reigns, he is robed in majesty;
the Lord is robed in majesty and armed with strength;
indeed, the world is established, firm and secure.
2 Your throne was established long ago;
you are from all eternity.

3 The seas have lifted up, Lord,
the seas have lifted up their voice;
the seas have lifted up their pounding waves.
4 Mightier than the thunder of the great waters,
mightier than the breakers of the sea—
the Lord on high is mighty.

5 Your statutes, Lord, stand firm;
holiness adorns your house
for endless days.

Psalm 97

1 The Lord reigns, let the earth be glad;
let the distant shores rejoice.
2 Clouds and thick darkness surround him;
righteousness and justice are the foundation of his throne.
3 Fire goes before him
and consumes his foes on every side.
4 His lightning lights up the world;
the earth sees and trembles.
5 The mountains melt like wax before the Lord,
before the Lord of all the earth.
6 The heavens proclaim his righteousness,
and all peoples see his glory.

7 All who worship images are put to shame,
those who boast in idols—
worship him, all you gods!

8 Zion hears and rejoices
and the villages of Judah are glad
because of your judgments, Lord.
9 For you, Lord, are the Most High over all the earth;
you are exalted far above all gods.
10 Let those who love the Lord hate evil,
for he guards the lives of his faithful ones
and delivers them from the hand of the wicked.
11 Light shines[a] on the righteous
and joy on the upright in heart.
12 Rejoice in the Lord, you who are righteous,
and praise his holy name.

Psalm 98

1 Sing to the Lord a new song,
for he has done marvelous things;
his right hand and his holy arm
have worked salvation for him.
2 The Lord has made his salvation known
and revealed his righteousness to the nations.
3 He has remembered his love
and his faithfulness to Israel;
all the ends of the earth have seen
the salvation of our God.

4 Shout for joy to the Lord, all the earth,
burst into jubilant song with music;
5 make music to the Lord with the harp,
with the harp and the sound of singing,
6 with trumpets and the blast of the ram’s horn—
shout for joy before the Lord, the King.

7 Let the sea resound, and everything in it,
the world, and all who live in it.
8 Let the rivers clap their hands,
let the mountains sing together for joy;
9 let them sing before the Lord,
for he comes to judge the earth.
He will judge the world in righteousness
and the peoples with equity.

Holy is Your Name, the Name Above All Names...

"I will bring praise, I will bring praise, no weapon formed against me shall remain.  I will rejoice, I will declare that G-d is my victory and He is here!" - Hillsong United, Desert Song.

L-rd, You are my light, my soul, and my peace.  You are still G-d and in that knowledge we always have a reason to rejoice in Your everlasting love... everlasting to everlasting is Your love for Your people; You, L-rd, are the mighty G-d who rules over heaven and earth, the G-d who provides, who loves so intensely that our minds cannot conceive of a love so great!  You are our everything, and in all things, we give You praise! REJOICE O' daughter of Zion, for your light and your Love has arrived! WAKE UP all you sleepers, prepare for the day of the L-rd, for indeed, His day is among  us! ARISE AND SHINE, for the Light has COME! WAKE UP and REJOICE for the L-rd is our witness, and we are His servant! We are His portion, and we labor and labor for naught - for all things we do in our flesh become worthless, and all things are made new because of His so incredible love!  WAKE UP you sleepers, arise and let the light of day flood your eyes! ARISE for there is no time to be lazy and impatient, for there is only time to rejoice in our deliverance! For HE IS the mighty King who has washed away our iniquities, who flourishes in our weakness, because in our weakness, He is made strong - so LET HIM be strong in all that we are weak.  Let Him become our strong right arm, that we shall NEVER fall, NEVER fail, and NEVER give up!  My G-d, become the Right arm, and the Left arm, and both feet and my core, that we shall walk upright in Your righteousness, that we shall give You no excuse for our slouching and broken bodies.  For You alone have received the brokenness of the entire world, that all infirmity was placed upon Your shoulders, O' L-rd that you were stricken with our transgressions, bruised for our iniquities, and all of our crime was laid upon You, that You so lovingly ripped our sin away from us... L-rd G-d how I love You, how I am Your blessed servant...

And indeed, old things are passed away and BEHOLD... all things are made new.

And You have proclaimed that we are the most loved. You have proclaimed life and justice over Your people.  You have proclaimed freedom over all those who seek Your Face.  You are the sacrifice that has kept us from perishing. And in one voice we proclaim, "Baruch Haba B'Shem Adonai, Baruch Haba B'Shem Adonai, Blessed is the Man who comes in the Name of the L-rd!"

Blessed are You, our Father in heaven, who is eternal, immortal, and so visible to those who love You; blessed are You oh L-rd, the King of the Universe, who has sanctified His children, protected them from evil, and has brought them into the promised land.  Holy are You G-d, the Redeemer, who laid down Your Life to become the living sacrifice, the King spared no expense to bring You children home...

...For You alone are Holy, You alone are Holy. There is no other Name besides the Name of Yeshua, Jesus, the living Torah, who ripped us from our comfortable habit of sin and destruction, and brought us  into life.

Baruch Haba B'Shem Adonai, Blessed are You, Who has come in the Name of G-d.

The Father Says "Come..."

 “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest." Matthew 11:28, NIV

Bless Adonai, o' my soul, for He has given His glory to us, but as a glimpse that we may seek His face!  O' how pleasant is His hearth, how warm His breast, how gentle His hand upon my brow! Blessed are You, L-rd our G-d, King of the universe, who has set apart the Sabbath that we may dwell in His comfort!  O' my soul, that weeps for the sinner; yet He takes my tears, and turns them into faith - He comforts me.  For all who are lost will be found, and all who are found shall be sought by those who desire His righteousness... Do not weep heavily, my soul, for Adonai is G-d! He alone is our redeemer, He alone is our Savior, He alone can take the burdens of this life, and carry them, that they died on the cross with Him... do not reject His love, for He is all that is love - rejoice in Him, that you may be set free!  For in Him alone there is freedom - in Him alone there is freedom!  Be still my soul, know that He is G-d... dwell in rest, and let the Father become our guide.

Quiet all unrest, be still, bow at His feet! For I am His temple, and shall not be defiled.  Do not come to me, those who seek to destroy - do not burden me with roundabout lies.  In the Name of the Father, who died and rose so that we may live, I relinquish all affirmation of power in you...

Blessed are You, L-rd our G-d, King of the universe!
